Lawsuit: US Created AIDS to Kill Blacks

NBCSandiego.com reports that a local man has sued for access to documents he thinks will prove that the federal government created the AIDS virus as part of a decades-old genocide plot against African Americans. Boyd Graves, 50, an Annapolis graduate with law school training reportedly told the San Diego Tribune that the key documents that substantiate his charges are in the National Cancer Institute archives. A hearing is scheduled for Thursday in Federal Court on Thursday. Government attorneys say they will ask for dismissal of the suit.
